Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This site is an informational showcase for the Vibra project and follows a data-minimization approach: it contains no data collection forms, requires no registration, and does not collect personal data for marketing or profiling purposes.
1. Browsing data
For the technical operation and security of the site, the hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) may process technical data such as IP addresses and connection data in its service logs. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection for transfers of personal data to the United States.
2. Analytics
Traffic statistics are collected in aggregate form via Vercel Analytics, a tool that does not use cookies or device identifiers and cannot identify visitors.
3. Cookies
This site does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies or storage strictly necessary for the site to work, such as your language preference, may be used. For this reason no cookie consent banner is required.
4. Email contact
If you choose to write to the address shown on the site, the data you voluntarily provide (your email address and the content of your message) will be used solely to reply to you. It will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose, and correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of the data contained in our correspondence at any time by writing to hello@vibraforteams.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated: the date above indicates the latest revision. If the site introduces forms or other data collection in the future, this policy will be updated before they go live with all the information required by Art. 13 GDPR, including the identity of the data controller.
